CNC Milling

This capability ensures that we are able to provide our customers repeatability and precise tolerance machining to meet their ceramic and quartz machining needs. With multiple automated CNC mills, we are confident we can meet your quick turn and production needs. Sun uses multiple variations of diamond tooling to machine parts during this process. We can handle parts up to 34 inches diameter or 55 inches in length with standard tolerances of ± .003” and also offer 4-axis capability.
