Sun Enterprise is a fully-integrated, materials processing facility serving a wide variety of industries. Specialty vacuum chucks are manufactured to meet your specifications in regards to pore size, bond strength and flatness requirements.

Vacuum chucks, with metal or ceramic bases, are first manufactured and then bonded, lapped, and cleaned to your specifications. Vacuum chucks can be either epoxy-bonded, for applications such as dicing, or glass-bonded, for harsher applications such as CMP.
